Dr Vishnu Swaroop Reddy is workingas the Head of the dept& Chief Consultant Otolaryngologist and Facial Plastic Surgeon at CARE HOSPITAL, Banjara Hills, HYDERABAD,INDIA, since 2003.
He is an appointed honorary Physician to the Vice President of India.
He is the founder Executive Chairman of FRCSI (Facial Reconstructive & Cosmetic Surgery India) which is the associate member of IFFPSS.(International Federation of Facial Plastic Surgery Societies)
Dr Vishnu Reddy obtained MBBS and MS (ORL-HNS) from S V Medical College, Tirupati, India and later DLO RCS (ENGLAND), FRCS (EDINBURGH), FRCS (IRELAND) while working in the U.K. He had his higher surgical training in the UK, USA, Germany, France, Austria and Australia in various sub-specialties of Otolaryngology.
Dr Vishnu Reddy was working in the UK between1993 and 2003 and published several papers in the international journals. He worked as a Consultant Otolaryngologist at Staffordshire General Hospital, Stafford, England and at Aberdeen Royal Infirmary, Aberdeen, Scotland and returned to Hyderabad,India, in 2003.
He had been a faculty member for EAFPS (European Academy of Facial Plastic Surgery) annual Meeting at London and at several national and International advanced Rhinoplasty courses, FESS and Micro Ear Surgery workshops.
His special interests are Rhinoplasty, Micro Ear Surgery, Cochlear Implantation, Endoscopic Sinus and Image Guided Skull Base Surgery, Voice Surgery and Surgery for Snoring and OSAS.
